땅콩쿠키❤️

❤️땅콩쿠키❤️

@ 재료 (약 12개 분량)
- 박력분 180g
- 땅콩버터 100g
- 식물성기름(카놀라유) 또는 버터 50g
- 설탕 40g
- 계란 1개
- 우유 조금 (약 30g)
- 땅콩분태 알맞게 (약 100g)
( 땅콩분태 100g은 조금 많은듯ㅎ)

@ 만드는 법
1. 땅콩버터 + 식물성기름 + 설탕 + 우유를 섞는다.


2. 계란을 넣고 섞어준다.

3. 체에내린 박력분을 넣고 자르듯이 섞어주고, 땅콩분태를 넣어 고루 섞어준다.


4. 모양을 만들어 팬닝한다.

5. 170도로 예열한 오븐에 약25분 정도 굽는다.


5. 식힌 쿠키를 예쁘게 포장한다.

I went to Busan with Su Kyeong❤


I went to Busan last weekend.
Su Kyeong and I enjoyed our trip.
Although the weather was too hot,
we had a blast~^.^
We ate a lot of delicious food and snacks : Fresh raw fish, amazing parfait, sweet hodduk, fantastic tteokbokki and fried peppers/squids.
We also went to many tourist spots : 
Marvellous Gwangan bridge, Taejongdae, Haeundae, Dalmaji Hill, Haedong Youngungsa Temple and PIFF street.
While going on a trip, I was worry free and relaxed.
It was wonderful ❤
